Return Policy

Nitsio Clothing are made to order, all sales are final no returns no refunds or exchanges. If sent wrong item or is defected contact us via email.

Shipping

Please allow 1-3 business days to process payments. Additional 2-4 weeks to ship the item Monday-Friday. When oder has shipped we will send a tracking number to the email provided. Shipping cost depends upon weight we are not responsible if your package gets lost or stolen.

International Shipping

international orders may be subject to pay taxes and duties & is not in our control. International shipping may take longer than domestic shipping, solely because products from Nitsio are made to order. When oder has shipped we will send a tracking number to the email provided.
